Shipping & Delivery

  • All expedited orders need to be received prior to 11:30 AM EST for same day processing.
  • Ground shipping takes 5-10 business days from the order date.
  • Expedited orders received after 11:30 AM will be processed the following business day.
  • Expedited Shipping and Handling charges are not returnable or refundable.
  • We ship via USPS.  All options are provided via checkout.
  • Delivery time does not include SaturdaySunday's or Holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.  Any order placed on Friday after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
  • Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item.  If this happens, we will notify you via email.

2. Can Pretty You’Nique Boutique ship to PO Boxes?

     Pretty You’Nique Boutique does not ship to PO Boxes.

3. Does You’Nique Boutique ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

    Yes, ground only.  No expedited shipping.  Additional fees may apply.

4. Do I get my expedited shipping charge back if I return merchandise?

     Expedited Shipping charges are not returnable or refundable.

Sorry, postage and handling charges are not refundable. 

Pretty You’Nique Boutique Effortless Returns - 7 Day Return Policy

Returns made within 7 days of purchase are graciously accepted! Merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as received (unless defective).  Merchandise purchased through our website must be returned via mail.

Please send us a quick email @ customerservice@prettyyounique.com letting us know the reason for your return.

Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded in the original tender. If you do not have your receipt but we are able to verify your purchase through your account information or credit card, you will be refunded in the original tender. Otherwise, a merchandise credit for the item's lowest selling price will be provided.

Effortless Returns by Mail

We recommend using a form of traceable and insurable delivery when you returning your merchandise, we cannot guarantee we will receive your merchandise if the package is not tracked.
